Purchaser: A User who buys an Item from a Seller.
Items: Any media uploaded by a User on the Website. Media includes photographs, videos, texts or other communications about objects or digital products or services. It is included in the library controlled by Diecast Customs LLC. Prohibited Items are Items that infringe copyright protections, threaten, or intend to do harm to another person or User, cause risk for injury or death of any person or User or any other use that may disrupt legal compliance and the good reputation of Diecast Customs LLC.
Service: Diecast Customs LLC provides an intangible service to Users including but not limited to digital infrastructure allowing opportunities for international e-commerce, education, hobbyist and artistic development, global socialization, competition, marketing or other personal growth experiences.
Subscription: Optional monthly plan with fees to Use certain Services offered by Diecast Customs LLC. Subscription services are voluntary. Any User can sign up for a free account.
Use: Interact with any data in direct relation to the Website, including posting, deleting, sharing, or any other interaction with the Website.
User: A person or entity who manages a single registered account on diecastcustoms.com or any other unregistered visitors.
Sellers: Users who sell Items by buying enrolling in a Service with Diecast Customs LLC.

Our role
Diecast Customs LLC is an online platform that hosts a mass index of diecast custom models and parts and provides various intangible services.
Your Use of diecastcustoms.com constitutes your understanding and agreeance that Diecast Customs LLC is no party in any sale between Sellers and Purchaser, and that we do not control the conduct of any Users of the Website. Diecast Customs LLC may enter as mediator when a purchaser raises a dispute against a sale. View our Cancellations, Disputes, and Return Policies to learn more.
Diecast Customs LLC disclaims all liability in this regard to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
As a service, Diecast Customs LLC provides options for free or subscriber accounts. Subscriptions allow Users to register as Sellers to sell items or services on the website with lower fees. Free Seller subscription accounts are available but they include higher fees per sale. Diecastcustoms.com uses Stripe as a payment processor.

Purchasers in the United States may be responsible for Use Tax remittance if their State or region requires it.
User Terms
Your role
Your Use of this Website is totally voluntary and your agreeance to these Agreements is expressed formally at time of account creation or when, at any time, any Use of the Website occurs; and the Agreements listed here at www.diecastcustoms.com/agreements must guide your actions as a User of Our site. Our responsibility is to remove Users who break these Agreements, and Diecast Customs LLC holds the authority to do so. Users who sell any items using diecastcustoms.com as its exchange platform take full, total and irrevocable responsibility for their duties to comply with their relevant and local governing agencies and their policies regarding domestic and or international commerce and reporting of income using an online platform service.
Diecast Customs LLC reserves full and irrevocable authority to monitor and control Content addition, deletion and any other master editing of diecastcustoms.com.
